You can cancel any order before it is shipped. If you need the order cancelled or changed, contact us within 12 hours after making the payment. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
We want our clients to be happy and satisfied about the products they buy, therefore you can request a refund in following situations:
- You have not received the ordered item in 60 days
- You have received wrong item
- You do not want the item you received – in this case, you return the item at you expense. The item must be unused.
We do not issue a refund in following situations:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control. Example: you have provided wrong shipping address.
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control. Examples: customs does not clear the item, pandemic, natural distasters, etc.
